Human Generated Sounds May Be Daedly

A recent study published in Integrative Zoology by Wiley-Blackwell, states that human-generated underwater sound could have detrimental effects on fish and marine animals that ranges from loss of hearing to immediate death.

With increased interest in offshore oil exploration, shipping and construction and Naval sonic testing, the threat of underwater sound pollution only continues to get worse.
